The brief
Capability assessments had become central to how our client scoped new engagements. But rapid growth had exposed the limits of manual onboarding: bespoke spreadsheets, interview coordination, and hand-built dashboards for every client created delays and introduced risk at the handover between sales and delivery. The brief was to turn an expert-led, high-touch process into something anyone could run. Maintain analytical depth, but remove the operational drag.
Outcomes
A platform, not just a product. Five diagnostic apps launched together, built on shared architecture that was designed to evolve. For consultants - Template libraries with full customisation. Mobile-first survey builder. One-click publishing. Real-time analytics with drill-down capability. For clients - frictionless mobile experience. Anonymous or authenticated access. Live results. Interactive visualisations replacing static slide decks. For the business - SSO security, multi-diagnostic architecture, a foundation for benchmarking and cross-selling.
My role
I led product concepting, design direction, and stakeholder engagement, steering the project from initial pitch through delivery. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, oversee experience design, and ensure the technology met both creative and organisational needs.
