The brief
Event readiness specialists Ikosaeder saw an opportunity to create a product suite that could support organisers through the full lifecycle of major events - from planning through to live operations. They needed a system that could help large, distributed teams maintain shared situational awareness, plan for complex contingencies, and respond to change in real time.
Outcomes
The resulting platform, see3, enables organisers to build and visualise operational networks, define interaction rules, and manage incidents through a single interface. It combines schematic mapping, scenario orchestration, and live operational tools to keep communication clear and consistent across entities, agencies, and control centres. Launched at the Paris 2024 Olympics, see3 helped maintain city-wide situational awareness for transport operations - anticipating and responding to issues quickly and safely.
